These poles are perfect for experienced runners and speed hikers who want a lightweight, minimal setup and maximum performance on technical trails. To find your recommended length, multiply your height in centimetres by 0.7 and round up to the nearest available pole length. The Z-fold design makes packing fast and easy, while the Blueberry system enables quick release and seamless transitions – no need to remove your gloves.

Thanks to the compact Z-fold construction, the poles pack down easily in a running vest or backpack.
